FABC Boot Camp Program

What is the FBC?
FBC is a four-week outdoor (under cover during Winter months) program of fitness instruction and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Tara Ribera, ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
We offer a well-rounded fitness program focusing on losing fat and building lean muscle. These are vital components to living a healthy and happy life and you will see and feel the positive changes physically, mentally and emotionally.
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Thursday for one hour during the four-week session.

When should I sign up?
We are currently accepting sign ups for the next Boot Camp session. If you would like to sign up after a session has already begun, text Tara at 559-906-6191 for a pro-rated cost.
What do I need to bring to Boot Camp?
What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve!
So what will I gain in camp? Why should I come?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a healthier body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started! When you follow camp with a healthy meal and hot shower, you will feel ready to conquer your day! The effects are far reaching into all areas of your life as you begin to love the reflection that stares back at you in the mirror. What Fresno Boot Camp is NOT:
Fresno Boot Camp is NOT a militaristic style camp where you will be humiliated or an overly competitive environment where you will be pushed beyond your abilities. This is a friendly, fun environment where everyone works to the best of their ability. You have everything to gain by joining. Don't let any false fears hold you back. You deserve to be in the body of your dreams, and this camp can get you there!

Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. You will feel more energetic in the first week. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level and complimenting your workouts with healthy eating. Remember, everyone is

We do not offer refunds or credits.
What kinds of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. They range in age from 18 - 65+. Some have never exercised, and some are competitive runners looking to train for the next race. Some have over 100 pounds to lose, and some need to gain weight. Some have had surgeries, injuries or recent multiple births. Some have husbands overseas, some have eating disorders, some have handicap children waiting for them at home. They are a group of women who want something better for themselves. They want results, they want to feel great, they want to reclaim their energy, feel attractive and be the very best they can be. These women are looking to jump start their fitness and get fast results. They are determined and committed and many admit they were scared to sign up and get started, but later were SO glad they did!

- 1 set of 8-10lb dumbbells
- An exercise mat (you can purchase this at Target or Amazon or any sporting goods store)
- Water bottle
- Optional: towel, layers and gloves in the cooler months.
